Privacy policy

This policy explains how Karain drop LLC, operating the Hunter Arc brand, handles personal information in connection with this website and inquiries about our services.

1. Who is responsible

Karain drop LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our principal mailing address is 400 E Locust Street, Unit 301, Des Moines, IA 50309, United States. Email contact@hunterarc.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or use our contact form and choose “Privacy request” for privacy questions, rights requests, or appeals. You can also write to that postal address, attention: Privacy.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected inquiry type, and the message you choose to provide. We do not request payment details, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive personal information through this form. Please do not include confidential client data or account credentials.

Our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include IP address, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security events. Hunter Arc does not add advertising pixels, analytics tools, session replay, or cross-site tracking to this version of the website.

3. How we use information

We use information to receive and assess inquiries, communicate about requested services, prepare proposals, administer an agreed client relationship, respond to privacy or accessibility requests, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations. A website inquiry is not a newsletter subscription, and we do not add you to promotional mailing lists through this form.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely, as appropriate, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in ordinary business communications and website security, or compliance with legal obligations. Where processing requires consent, we will ask separately and explain how to withdraw it.

4. Who receives information

Access is limited to people authorized to handle the request and service providers needed to operate the website, store inquiries, support business communications, or provide professional advice. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; submitted form information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with this site. Replies may be handled through the business’s selected email service. Providers process information under their applicable service and privacy terms.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in a business restructuring subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use form information to build advertising audiences.

5. Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to assess and respond to the inquiry and handle reasonable follow-up, then delete it or de-identify it unless a client relationship, legal duty, dispute, or another legitimate need requires longer retention. Contract, accounting, and legal records may be retained for their applicable statutory periods. You can request deletion through the contact form.

We use access controls and the hosting platform’s security measures to help protect information. No system can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending secrets or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email contact@hunterarc.com with the subject “Privacy request,” submit a “Privacy request” through the contact form, or write to our postal address. Identify the email address used for the inquiry and explain your request; do not send identity documents unless we arrange a secure verification method.

We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal. You may appeal by emailing contact@hunterarc.com with the subject “Privacy appeal,” or by selecting “Privacy request” in the form and starting your message with “Privacy appeal.” We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may complain to your local privacy authority or, where relevant, the Iowa Attorney General. The existence and scope of statutory rights depend on applicable law; we do not claim that every privacy statute applies to our business.

The website does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is no advertising sale or sharing activity to opt out of. Global Privacy Control does not trigger additional tracking because no such tracking is enabled.

7. International handling

Karain drop LLC is a United States business and the hosting infrastructure may process information in the United States or other countries where providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant transfer mechanism and safeguards must be in place; contact us with questions about the handling of your information.

8. Children and external links

This website and our services are intended for business users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

9. Client projects and changes

This website policy does not replace a data processing agreement for a client project. If a project involves handling personal information on a client’s behalf, the parties must agree on the necessary instructions, responsibilities, providers, and safeguards before that processing begins.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, operations, or law. The updated date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
